Call Handling
- Serve as the main receptionist and telephonist, efficiently directing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Provide exceptional customer care by appropriately signposting complaints or inquiries to the relevant areas.
Duties
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
Maintain organised filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access to important information. - Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate personnel. - Prepare reports and presentations as required using Microsoft applications.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency. - Data entry to our job management system
process and control data from Engineers to be processed and passed to the correct clients
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications is essential.
Strong data entry skills with a keen attention to detail. - Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role within the construction industry is essential
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
