Scope of Work:
- 5 No blocks x 6 flats
- Intakes were flooded so had to strip out and dig 2.5 metre to re tank from outside
- Raised and reconfigured steps for water egress
- New accu drainage system for water run off
- New fire doors
- New CPC’s to flats
- Replaced trunking
- Fire stopped cupboards
- Rendered exterior to make good
Existing Brickwork pointing had failed and water ingress was occurring
Brickwork was pointed and new render installed to provide a watertight seal
Before
Water was unable to drain away due to drains being blocked so these were unblocked.
After
WATER SEALING
Water was getting into the cupboard from the rear brickwork due to no water seal, a trench was dug and water sealant provided.
ENTRANCE TARMAC
Water was puddling at the bottom of the stairs so old tarmac was removed and new installed.
