CB Services Group is seeking an Electrical Contract Administrator apprentice to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to call handling, appointment management, cost calculation, and attending team meetings.

Responsibilities

Call Handling

  • Serve as the main receptionist and telephonist, efficiently directing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Provide exceptional customer care by appropriately signposting complaints or inquiries to the relevant areas.

Appointments

  • Manage incoming emails from clients and allocate the Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN) list accordingly.
  • Assign a share of the UPRN list to Resident Liaison Officers (RLOs).
  • Book appointments for residents using the Team UP system.
  • Respond to client communications regarding engineer timescales or other queries.
  • Re-book appointments in cases of no access using the Team UP system.
  • Keep the Operational Manager updated on any appointment-related issues.

Costs

  • Receive daily works cost sheets from engineers.
  • Apply the cost sheet data to build up a monthly valuation for the client.
  • Calculate the total cost of works at the end of each month.
  • Send the monthly valuation to the Operational Director for approval or additions.

Meetings

  • Attend team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, share updates, and contribute to decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software and relevant systems.
  • Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles is an advantage.
