Challenges:
- Other floors were still in use by other companies.
- Project had a completion date that was not negotiable, so materials had to be ordered in advance to reduce lead times
Results:
- New offices for ISG
- Energy efficient lighting
- Sufficient data and power points for desk working.
- Cleaner and more presentable offices for ISG
- More space for meetings
