How do we ensure our supply chain is competent to complete your installations?
Our supply chain are governed by our ISO 9001 accredited business management system for inclusion on our approved supply chain database. This ensures our subcontractors have been vetted for their competency and their performance is continuously monitored on our projects for quality of workmanship.
How do we ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients and their customers?
All our projects are governed by the Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 2015 and any other statutory requirements that are relevant to the works we are delivering, such as The Building Safety Act 2022. Our Health and Safety Policy outlines how we will keep you safe all in accordance with our ISO 45001 certification processes.
How do we know materials used are compliant and fit for purpose?
Our ISO 9001 accreditation ensures we have quality control procedures whereby we inspect materials on delivery, before we install them and on completion. We survey your properties first to make sure the specification is fit for purpose and propose sustainable alternative components considering whole lifecycle costs for innovation.
What if we have a problem?
We have a 24/7 customer careline with a real person on the other end of the line. At the beginning of a works we are engaged to complete we provide an information pack which includes our dedicated careline phone number and email address. Alternatively, we always discuss the preferred communication methods with clients and put measures in place so customers can be assured we are always available.
