Scope of Work:
- LED lighting + Emergency to intake cupboard
- Surge Protection
- Fused Main Isolator installation
- Lateral Mains to each flat
- Rec 2 isolator in each flat
- New Communal Gas and Dry Riser bonding to landlords areas
- New intakes installed
- Main Earth Bar protection
- Galvanised Containment with security screw no turn buckle
- LSF single core cables installed
- Riser Trunking
- Earth tagging on trunking and bonds
- Fire Pillows installed
Challenges:
- No main earth to property.
- Anti-social behaviour
- Fuses in existing Ryefield burning out
- Light fitting in electrical intake smashed
Results:
- Completely contained installation which can only be accessed by security tools
- Intake braced off of wall with Unistrut to ensure any future water leaks do not damage equipment.
- New main cables to head and throughout the block
- All cables LSF, All penetrations fire protected with Fire pillows and Fire Sealent
- All new distribution equipment
- Main Earths protected inside trunking, gas and dry riser bonds hidden at high level to remove the risk of theft
