We’re thrilled to announce that CB Services Group has been awarded a seven-year contract for Emergency Lighting services with London & Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) – one of the UK’s leading housing associations serving over 250,000 residents.
We successfully secured Lot 2 (South London), covering 1,495 properties. The contract involves comprehensive emergency lighting testing and maintenance, including:
- Annual drain down tests
- Quarterly and 11-monthly function tests
- Reactive and remedial works
- Full compliance with BS regulations
